Trek to Sajama Base Camp | Trevor Stuart Elevating Lives


It was still windy today, but it had died down enough that the team made the 3-hour trek to Sajama Base Camp, arriving around mid-day. Just look at the gorgeous view they enjoyed!

Sajama (or Nevado Sajama) is an extinct volcano and the highest peak in Bolivia. It’s located in Sajama National Park in the southwest part of the country near Chile.

Trevor reports that he has his gout under control and he’s feeling strong and ready to go. Good thing, because they’ll head out for High Camp tomorrow! Here’s a peek at Sajama Base Camp...
